The file labeled Update UWP App is a blank file within LastPass. It has been plaguing me and others since the first day of Win 10. WHY? Everytime I remove this file from the Startup files, it gets put back each time there is an update. This is getting real OLD deleting this file each time you make a change to Last Pass! Why am I deleting the file? ...because it drags down my startup process. So someone tell me why this file is necessary especially when it is blank?? If I have to manually delete this file often, then I will switch to another password manager! When I change so will a couple companies that I own. This is nonsense!

To delete go here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
It's a pain but it has to be done every time there is an update.
