Not receiving LastPass emails

Hi,
I created two new LastPass users and both didn't received invitation emails. It's not a big deal since they can still login.
The real problem is that one user, while trying to connect, gets an error. Something like "It's the first time we see you on this computer or IP, check your email to confirm". This user does not receive an email from LastPass to confirm his identity. Not in spam. I even check with the network admin that the email is not even reaching our gmail enterprise.
Meaning this user cannot use LastPass right now. Note, that this is the first computer used to connect to LastPass. I don't understand why this error happened anyway.

I deleted the user and create it again.
But this is an odd problem.
