I continue to regularly receive notification emails telling me to complete activation of my enterprise LastPass account, though I activated the account (on the email that I receive the notifications) months ago, and have been actively using it.
The emails provide no option to resolve or unsubscribe -- in fact, they say that they are "mandatory," and "opt-out settings have been ignored."
How can I get these to stop?

I would call the phone number in the support area of your admin console for direct assistance.
