I am using the Lastpass Authenticator to Send SMS passcodes to my mobile device but I am receiving nothing on my phone.. I am locked out of my account with no recourse..

Same thing! I've been a Last Pass user for over 4 years, across many devices and two phone updates. I've never had such difficulty with validating a new iPhone. Contacted Customer Service and they where worse than useless. They suggested I log into my account and see if my phone was validated. Except with two factor I could not use Authenticator on new phone and SMS WOULD NOT GO THROUGH!
My Solution: Thank goodness I had not wiped my old phone yet. As the Authenticator App worked on WiFi with no SIM in the phone. That gave me a verification code that passed two factor.
So frustrating LastPass can't send a SMS reliably, everything would have worked if this functioned. Worse of all they have no real customer service over the weekends when 85% of us have time for this stuff.
