I have a family account. I tried to add my mom several months ago and once I entered the password, when I tried to log in again, it told me the password or email was incorrect. After many attempts, I just assumed I was the issue. Fast forward to now, it did the exact same thing when I tried to make an account for my father. I know for a FACT, the password is correct. Not only is support not helping, after I sent back their survey and told them it still had not been resolved, I heard absolutely nothing from them. Does anyone have anything good to say about their support? or should I just cancel and use another password protection system?
