LastPass Win10 totally different interface from Android?

I just downloaded LastPass from Microsoft site for Win10. The version downloaded is 3.0.0.100. The interface is very different from Android, where the current version in my Chrome is 4.1.42. Do I have the most current Win10 version of LastPass (ie 3.0.0.100?)

You probably installed the old Metro app that hasn't been updated in years. LastPass lists the latest versions of their supported products on their website: https://www.lastpass.com/download
