We have a shared folder, Shared-Foo
We have a group, Team-Bar
Shared-Foo has been shared with Team-Bar with read-only access.
Everyone in Team-Bar can see the items contained in Shared-Foo. So far, so good.
We hire new staff. We invite the new staff to our LastPass Enterprise account, they accept. They are able to log in.
We add the new staff to the Team-Bar group. The group membership list updates accordingly.
However, these new staff cannot see any items from the Shared-Foo folder. They log out and log in, doesn't help. I have them check to generate sharing keys, but the menu option isn't there, which according to the FAQ means that they already have sharing keys.
Nothing we do seems to cause them to gain access to the shared folder.
Is there any way to fix this?
