When my master password expires, and I have MFA setup with Google Authenticator, I have to remove MFA in order to reset my password, and then re-add MFA. This is due to the browser telling me that I have to have the Google Authenticator plugin enabled.. I am not aware that such a thing exists. Every Google Authenticator extension for Chrome that I could find is enabled and the error that I don't have the extension continues. This is a big time waste. What am I missing?

Check with your Enterprise Admin if there is any policy setup which requires use of Google Authenticator.
