Cannot install on UHD/4k Display

Postby dndnelson759 » Mon Oct 12, 2015 10:14 pm

I'm able to download and run the installer. I can get through the login dialog box, but then another box pops up. The text overflows the dialog box. I assume there is a button at the bottom, out of view, but I cannot click it. Can you fix the boxes to make them compatible with 4k screens, or give me a workaround?

I also have this issue on my 4k screen, which I just drag to my second screen that is only 1080.
But on my Surface Pro 3 it isn't that easy, I have a screen shot if anyone wants to see it from the Surface. I just guessed which sliver of a button I had to click on to continue.

I am having the same issue on my new Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro. The dialog box starts with "Secure Your" and has the text "LastPass found the following passwords stored insecurely on your computer... [sic] ...we'll delete them from your computer..." but I can't see any controls on the dialog or figure out how to get to them. Please fix.

I am having the same problem as above on my Surface Pro4. Have there been any work on a fix for this?

This has to do with your Windows display settings. Right click on your desktop (or press and hold your finger/pen on the desktop), select Display Settings. On the display page, move the "Change the size of text, apps..." until it is 100%. You'll have to logoff and back on, but that will do the trick. Change your settings back when you're done installing.
