I am waiting this since a long time as well. I was a former 1Password user for a long time but lack of proper Windows Phone / modern Windows app drove me toward LastPass. Even if there are concern about having the database encrypted in LastPass, it still offered the best features of all password manager.
But Windows Hello is existing now since months and is supported by 1Password beta (although the application does not allow to edit which is a dealbreaker) and Enpass for instance.
So I am moving now to Enpass as it supports all plateform, has browser extensions, can be use portable (a portable version is coming but otherwise, just copy/paste folder of the desktop version and it works), synchronize with every cloud (or locally) which offer the same level of security as the double authentication (if set up) as LastPass without having the database stored at the password manager provider. But the BIG plus is that now it unlocks with the Lumia 950 iris scanner or the Surface Pro 4 of my father.
There is too much focus given these days to Android and iOS from most companies and I have to choose what company support Windows best. The lack of communication of LastPass on the subject since month is sealing the deal for me.
