Where did the support options (Email, Form, Ticket, Live Chat, etc.) go?
Seriously, an automated chat bot that doesn't know anything, for $36/yr.
It is always disappointing how large company takeovers / buyouts change everything that was great about small businesses. These people are clueless.
At the bottom of my Account page is a line: Need support? Please visit our help center here to search our FAQs or submit a support ticket. Ahhhh no support ticket option there. Come on guys, get it together.
