hi, where is the rollback you've talked about in the forum?
This current version is NOT functional it's very frustrating & sometimes is TOTALLY USELESS,
you have taken a perfectly fine app & SPOILT it.
PLEASE return it to how it was ASAP
Or send a link where I can manually rollback.

You can contact support directly and request to be reverted back to the old version.

Caution about resetting user accounts to the old GUI

USERS! DO NOT HAVE SUPPORT RESET YOUR ACCOUNT TO THE OLD GUI!
After opening a ticket regarding the new GUI, support reset my account to the old GUI, and I now see the old GUI on all my devices. The problem is, my vault now contains old and new data! When they rolled out the new GUI, they broke up my Formfills into chunks...address, credit card, etc. I updated one of those credit card chunks in the new GUI, with new exp date and security code. When they reset my account to the old GUI, that credit card chunk reverted to a Secure Note still showing my new exp date and security code. However my vault now also shows my old Formfill for that credit card, with the old exp date and security code!

When you say a rollback for SOME users DO YOU MEAN 'PAYING CUSTOMERS'? If so; isn't that a little UNFAIR? We ALL want a rollback

I think the update is fine and I'm able to do everything I could under the old interface without difficulty.

If I could FIND the bloody ticket area I would, but I haven't been able to find it since the UPDATE!!!

And they just charged me for another year & I'm pretty sure the price increased.

I've been stressing myself out about this stupid update & of course wasting my precious time.

I'm about to go searching for their competition.

Btw everyone, did you know that LogMein bought them out in 2015?

This is probably WHY I've had so many issues with tech support attitude in the last year.

A HUGE broken issue even with the last version of LP & they refused to fix it & now this.

Until I find their competition that's way better, I'll also want the rollback.

This is just GARBAGE.

Even this thread is horrific.

On the 2nd page I saw a "quote" button.

Now on the 3rd page there's no quote button.

This form software looks like it's from the 1990's.

Obviously now I don't want a rollback b/c they will screw up our p/ws & data.
