I may have missed it but has anyone from LastPass commented here? I have never heard of price increases like this with any software I've purchased over the years. LastPass? Where to next year? $48????

Been loyal for 7 years and didn’t get charged the hike to $24, but did just receive the $36 price hike email. Definitely going to revert to a free account. Pretty sure I’ll never need the newer premium options.

My biggest concern is whether Facebook will end up owning yet more stuff like this down the road. Seems absurd, but is it really? Think not.

The IP address you used to post here geolocates to the EU. If you are in the EU, LastPass will collect VAT.

You should be able to see a cost breakdown in your billing statement. The article below tells you how to access them.

I wanna pay only 36$ and not 43,56$.

Does anyone know how to get assistance from them?

File a support ticket and ask them. Your IP address geolcates to the European Union too. Your purchase will be subject to value added tax. See FAQ article linked above on how to access billing statements.

Goodbye Lastpass (Log me in corporate clowns)... your inflation level is ridiculous, especially as the product has got worse.

Same here, more than 40€ yearly is a ripoff, i will try find a cheaper option now, no more renew.
