Dear LastPass -

Over the last couple of months, there have been several outages. I am really starting to question whether or not I can count on this paid service. Like many others who utilize this service, I have become dependent upon your service availability. Please work harder to ensure your network components have no single points of failure, and that change management is in place. I love your service, and I really hope that you are able to improve your up-time.
