Support is typically open Monday-Friday during normal business hours in the Eastern United States. Although, they have been known to answer level 1 questions after hours. New accounts are automatically enrolled in a 30 day LastPass premium trial. If you don't want to pay for it, let the trial expire, and your account will be reverted to a free one with absolutely no data loss.
