SUPPORT HOURS NOT LISTED ON SITE. NO CHAT/PHONE SUPPORT?!

Need support immediately for Enterprise account, and nooone is responding to tickets. Are you closed on Saturday? No estimated response time given on filed tickets???

Support is typically open Monday-Friday during normal business hours in the Eastern United States. Although, they have been known to answer level 1 questions after hours. You may have to be patient, especially with the upcoming holiday early next week. Just keep checking your ticket status page: https://lastpass.com/support.php?cmd=showfaq&id=7556

I spent the last 1/2 hour trying to ask why I'm on free trial ...when I signed up for Last Pass 'free'

New accounts are automatically enrolled in a 30 day LastPass premium trial. If you don't want to pay for it, let the trial expire, and your account will be reverted to a free one with absolutely no data loss.
