Very disappointed from your products.

After almost a year being a premium user, I have to say that I am quite disappointed with your products.
So many bugs that requirer you to re-login multiple times. The MFA is very unreliable. The mobile app is no longer supporting browsing from the mobile app, which is very insecure!
In addition all the support tickets I opened were not really addressed and I felt like the engineer on the case is doing me a favor working on the issues...
I am not sure if I would renew my subscription with you, as I don't feel that I received a good product or service.
