Families subscription extended -- you don't say

Postby jorhett » Wed Oct 18, 2017 2:27 pm

Less than 24 hours after I enabled the Families option, I got an e-mail saying it had been extended. You don't say... no really, you don't say why or how long it was extended.

You have more time
Your LastPass Families subscription associated with (me) was successfully extended and will remain active until .

I have already received a message indicating I had enabled the trial and what my expiration date was. It didn't change. Why did I receive this message? If it was extended, when was it extended to?

Did someone put us paying users in the QA instance?

I wonder if this is why:
https://lastpass.com/support.php?cmd=showfaq&id=11432
After purchasing LastPass Families, any leftover Premium value from your family members will be used to extend the expiration date on your Family account.

That sounds awesome. There wasn't a single mention of that in the e-mail I received
