Just FYI Lastpass, your business is supposed to be promoting SECURITY. Making user click on $h1t to get to where they want to be does NOT promote security. Tell your marketing team to talk to the QA team to talk to real security folks, communication goes a long way ;)

As a premium user I too am displeased by having to close popups to access a program I'm paying for. Also noting the absence of a forum admin response...maybe they just don't care. I'm beginning to wonder if my personal information is guarded with the same lack of concern.

I've started my investigation into alternatives.

Completely agree with all of the complaints. Since there's been no response or change by LastPass, I'm ready to try a competitor.

This onslaught of ads is total BS and Premium Members should NEVER be subjected to this crap. LastPass, Get Right or Get Gone. For the 100th time, We Don't Pay for Pop Up Ads, REMOVE THIS!

Why has this not been fixed? I'm not renewing my premium sub, if LastPass thinks it's oki to advertise for paying customers.

This and the too many security breaches Lastpass has encountered, you are not doing wonders for your reputation.

I am starting to look for an alternate NOW. Every time I open Last PAss, I get two pop-ups and one comes up a second time. So I have to click the X 3 times to get to the screen. I'm done unless this changes!

PLEASE stop this popup. This single issue is going to push me to non-renew my script and migrate to a competitor. I see no response from LastPass on this issue and must assume LP is not going to address this complaint. I very much like LP, but will not accept this issue any longer.

LastPass support just provided a solution to the Pop-up advertisement for Familly Membership:

"Let’s try flushing your cache, along with performing a site refresh of your LastPass Vault. Select the LastPass Icon > More Options > Advanced > Clear Local Cache, then reselect the LastPass Icon > More Options > Advanced > Refresh Sites.

Once you’ve done that, log out the log back in and test to see if the issue persists."

This worked on Firefox.
