Bug observed under these conditions:

Windows 10 Home
Version 1803
Build 17134.950

Google Chrome
Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

LastPass Chrome Toolbar
Version: 4.32.0
Built: Thu Aug 22 2019 17:28:56 GMT+0200 (CEST)
Binary Component: false

User: LastPass Enterprise organization administrator.

Bug should be duplicated with these steps:
1) As SuperAdmin, create new Shared Folder.
2) Create a site, in that shared folder.
3) Create a new user.
4) Invite user to shared folder.
Error (paraphrased): "An unknown JSON error has occurred."
5) Refresh, repeat, same error.

Workaround:
1) Log in as new user, reset password.
2) Log in as SuperAdmin, share folder.
Error: None, Success.

Please correct the bug, or catch the now-known error, and provide a suitable message to the user.

Applicable use case:
Our organization creates a "shared accounts" folder for each user. It holds basic sites needed if a user or the admin needs to assume their role quickly (email, etc). The first account created is email, as that is the username for most other accounts (including Lastpass). Ideally the user's email password should be pseudo-random, and non-human-friendly. A chicken-and-egg problem is created, as the email password can't be shared via LastPass until the user has received the invitation email from LastPass.

Thank you,
John

As an enterprise customer, you have access to a direct technical support phone number. The number can be found in the support section of the admin console.

Thank you.

I found a workaround on my own. Does this suffice as as a bug report?
