I administer an account for my team at work. We use shared folders to share appropriate logins with the right staff members.
(At least) One user is not seeing all the logins in one of the shared folders they have access to, there are about 10 missing. I edited her account to see if some access was turned off but it's not-- it showed on my administrator page that she had some particular logins that she can't see on her dashboard. I tried the basics of clearing cache, removing her from the folder and re-adding, but no luck.
