Sharing a Site (shared by customer) with colleague

Hello All,

A customer shared a site from their LastPass account with one of our staff's LastPass.
Our organization uses LastPass Enterprise and we would like to share the site internally.

We are unable to see the Share icon on the site. We see only Edit and Delete icons.
Is this by design? Can we not internally share the site shared by the customer?

Hi,

I have a very similar problem, in that I do not see share icons on any of my sites. I don't see the Generate Sharing Keys option either, which according to the documentation means they have already been generated. I also see no setting that disables sharing.

My colleagues in our Enterprise account all have sharing capabilities except for me.

Googling the issue and search the KB has come up with nada. Please help!

As an enterprise customer, you have direct access to telephone support. The number can be found in the support section of the admin console.
