slow support, 500 error when logging into admin account

Lastpass is returning a 500 error on login attempts since today for my user account (admin on a team instance)

I can see in the developer console that a POST to the /getaccts.php is responded to with a 500 error. This is reproducable across devices and browsers.

It's definitely not a credentials issue - i.e. I can access the company admin section of Lastpass Teams just fine.

Did anybody ever see such an issue?

There is a phone number in the support section of your admin console if you desire immediate technical assitance.

no, there's no phone number present - but this might be because this is a lastpass team instance, not a lastpass enterprise instance?
