Lastpass enterprise is completely broken

I'm sorry it had to come to a forum message but there is no other option.
What do I mean?
The supports ticket system is completely broken for enterprise.
As an enterprise customer the page: https://lastpass.com/my.php
return 500 error.
And I checked, the same page does work for non-enterprise user.

Anyway, this page is where I should see tickets responses from you. So yeah, that's not happening.

And that's beside:
- Changing master password doesn't work
- Which locked an entire organization out!!!! because we have 90 days password change policy. WTF?!?!
- Linking personal accounts doesn't work
and much more.

Basically, lastpass is a complete mess.
Now, I already moved my organization to 1Password.
So what is the purpose of this message?
Well, the same as the last support ticket which I CANT SEE YOUR RESPONSE TO!
I want refund for the extra months left.
You product broken beyond repair is you failing to live up to your part of the contract.

This reflects so bad on this company.
I can't get a response even here.

I am a paying customer. Enterprise paying customer.
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK.

This is a user to user support forum. You'll have to keep trying the ticketing system is you desire a direct response from them.

But as I mention, their ticketing system is broken so we can't communicate there.

I'm surprised they do not take a look at their forums.
But again, after all of their amateurish behavior, I should have expected that.

Damn, I just want my money back at this point.
I'm starting to think this is an act of robbery - taking money and then blocking all ways of communication.

I'm able to access the ticket submission and history pages on multiple browsers and computers, including mobile. I don't know why it isn't working for you, but the ticketing system in general is not broken by any means.

I agree that it is completely broken. I have tried on multiple browsers and computers, and I receive the same error messages as snir890 has.

I am at my wit's end. My team are absolutely fed up with LastPass failing on almost every occasion to save passwords, claiming that it has timed out. We have had this problem for months, across all our machines. And this is using the LastPass desktop app, not a browser plugin or autofill or anything complicated. The problem occurs on new builds as well as for existing machine setups.

I am unable to submit a ticket to LastPass because they operate a ticketing web interface, and this interface errors out when I create a ticket. At first we thought both these things would be solved within a week or two or at least a few weeks but it has been months with our crummy faulty password manager now. Every piece of advice on the forum just redirects to the same (broken) ticket interface. Unless there is a browser specific requirement, ticket interface fails on Chrome, Chromium, and Safari. Haven't tried any others.

I am (extremely reluctantly) inclined to find another team password solution. Very disappointed indeed. I don't know how it can be so bad.
