I'm sorry it had to come to a forum message but there is no other option.
What do I mean?
The supports ticket system is completely broken for enterprise.
As an enterprise customer the page: https://lastpass.com/my.php
return 500 error.
And I checked, the same page does work for non-enterprise user.
Anyway, this page is where I should see tickets responses from you. So yeah, that's not happening.
And that's beside:
- Changing master password doesn't work
- Which locked an entire organization out!!!! because we have 90 days password change policy. WTF?!?!
- Linking personal accounts doesn't work
and much more.
Basically, lastpass is a complete mess.
Now, I already moved my organization to 1Password.
So what is the purpose of this message?
Well, the same as the last support ticket which I CANT SEE YOUR RESPONSE TO!
I want refund for the extra months left.
You product broken beyond repair is you failing to live up to your part of the contract.
