Cannot read my support tickets!

Good morning. Is anyone else having trouble reading their support tickets? I can log the ticket fine, but then cannot find a way to read the replies. I have tried the following;
- Clicking on the link in the email in firefox (my main browser) whilst logged into Lastpass. Brings up a blank page.
- Clicking on the link in the email in firefox whilst not logged in. Brings up blank page.
- Tried the above in Chrome, Safari, Edge. Same issue.
- Tried on a mac, PC. Same issue.
- Tried manually going to the lastpass page and entering my ticket number whilst not logged in. As soon as I enter the ticket ref, I get a blank page.
- I then decided to log a ticket with Lastpass, letting them know I couldn't read replies asking for an email. And they helpfully replied, via the ticket..
I cannot find a simple 'view my support tickets' option whilst logged in.
Anybody else experiencing this?

If you would like to view your support tickets and/or re-open a closed ticket, go to your LastPass My Account Page by following the steps here:

Click on the LastPass Icon in your browser toolbar
Go to More Options
Go to Advanced
Choose 'My Account'
