Toopher Gone, So New Users Are Stuck

Now that Toohper is no longer available for iOS (https://enterprise.lastpass.com/getting ... ntication/), our new users are getting stuck trying to login. It's asking them for the Toopher pairing, but they can't get the app, so they can't get the pairing phrase. They're just stuck.

How do we move the new users over to Google Authenticator or similar one that actually still works? I've disabled Toopher in our Enterprise settings, but it still asks him for the Toopher pairing phrase when he tries to log in. We're going on our second day trying to resolve this. Very frustrating. Please advise.

Does the SalesForce Authenticator work in place of Toopher?

I think I may have found the issue. I had this policy enabled...

Require use of Toopher

Require use of Toopher as a second factor of authentication when logging into LastPass. Click the 'enabled' box to enable this policy.

Toopher must be configured by the user.
