I have had this issue for aehile now. I have even created a new account to see if maybe I should just terminate the other account. However it is happening with the new account as well. How can I fix this? I have done everything. Changed my IP, computer, browser, different agents have tried. I have sent a couple of support tickets and they keep telling me to try the same thing after I have told them that it doesn't work.
