I can not pass to premium version

when try to get a premium version it say purchase failed, contact the support. I have an iphone6

See FAQ on how to check the status of your subscription:


If you paid for a subscription, and your account has not been upgraded, then contact support using the new ticket button on the right hand side of the FAQ article, and send them a screenshot or other copy of your receipt.
