I have a user that has been using LastPass Enterprise, recently changed their password, and are now unable to login. They have tried going through the self-recovery process and the sharing keys are apparently not saved on their machine/browser.
I did not have the 'Super Admin Password Reset Policy' enabled, it is now, but the user would have to login successfully for me to be able to set their password. Is there any way to disable/delete this user and re-invite them under another alias and/or transfer their passwords?
