lost data

I'm on the trial of LastPass Enterprise. Twice I've entered several Secure Notes, logged out and logged back in. The shared folder is visible, but the notes are gone. I also linked my personal LastPass account, but it is not visible. Am I not doing something right?

Hi Greg,

we had a simlar issue with two of my colleague's accounts. For some reason, the activation process did not complete successfully. As an administrator, I also could not add them to groups or shared folders.

Deleting & Creating a new account helped.
