Why does newly added user end up in Invited Users list ?

Using the Lastpass Enterprise Dashboard > ADD USER option, I added a new (valid) user email address.
But when pushing ADD button the account is added to the Invited users , not to the Active User Licenses. Re-inviting has no effect.
What can be the reason ?
And how can I add this new account as a correct user ?

Can anybody clearify this for me ?

In my experience this happens if the user already has a LastPass account with their company email. They can still add their profile to your Enterprise account, but the steps are slightly different to a user who has not used their company email in LastPass before. The activation email will still provide them with the option to link their current profile to your company account, or else they can create a new separate profile.
