Enterprise Trial Data

We ended our Enterprise trial and want to transfer one of the trial users to a premium account.
We cannot extract the user and the user cannot create a new premium account using his e-mailaddress (in use with enterprise-trial)
what can we do?

Please open a support ticket - https://lastpass.com/supportticket.php?lpnorefresh=1 - if you haven't already. This needs to be taken care of off the forum via a support agent.
