How to update my credit card for auto resubscribe

I got an email saying the attempt to auto resubscribe me to LP Premium failed. I can find no place on the site where my credit card info is listed so I can update the info on file. The message says to cancel my existing subscription and then re-subscribe to LP Premium. That seems drastic. I do not want to loose get any any of my password data lost or confused/interupted. I certainly do not want to havfe to re enter any data to continue as is.

The attempt to use my card (and the 'fail' notice) just came a few hours ago. It says : "Your premium status will expire on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 12:05 PM."

And please note, that canceling your current subscription only refers to the payment subscription - not your LastPass account data. So canceling your current auto-renewal subscription does not have any effect on your account's stored data.
