Currently, we're evaluating LastPass as a way to keep shared registry of team passwords.
So far we like the product, the only concern I have is what exactly happens when we fail (for any reason) to pay for Enterprise account?
Do we loose access to passwords?

You will not lose any access to passwords or accounts.
But you will lose access to the Enterprise Admin Console, and all accounts will downgrade to the free version and will lose all Premium Features (mobile accessibility, premium multifactor, etc).
