We are deploying the enterprise version and I'm the admin. One of the users had a question I couldn't answer.
If a user stores their personal information in the account, the admin can't see those entries but what (other than basic decency) keeps the admin from doing a password reset and then intercepting the email and gaining access to the users account.
I would like to tell the users that they can use their account for their personal information but I don't want them to have to trust the admin.

Thanks for your question. By default, enterprise admin does not have access to user accounts. However, if super admin - master password policy is enabled, the super admin can reset users's master passwords. We can turn on a switch on our end to prevent admins from becoming super admins/adding new super admins per enterprise admin's request.
