AAA website

Postby weatherman » Sat Apr 25, 2009 6:30 pm

When trying to autologin to https://www.aaasouth.com/Common/Login/Login.aspx a problem occurs. There appear to be 2 submissions of a webform on the same page, where one is used to register, and one is used to login if already registered. When you autologin, lastpass fills the form and submits, but the site appears to believe that the form to register has been submitted. If I just autofill and manually submit by manually hitting the login button, I can enter the site just fine.

Try the option 'save all entered data' for your site after you enter in your data.

Note to Joe: You really need to come up with a better way of handling sites that don't process logins correctly. I run into sites all the time that don't save anything and I invariably forget to use SAED.

I used the SAED approach. When I click on the AAA LastPass Site it fills out the forms and then submits the form (ie. automatically attempts to login). Not sure how to just have LastPass fill out the fields but not submit the form.

Really don't have an answer for you. Joe will have to chime in on this one.
