I don't normally use Chrome. I've just tried it with http://www.nab.com.au. The login worked OK.

It doesn't Autofill so I no longer have this option ticked. Since I have two matches for this domain: NAB & MLC, (in the Equivalent Domains section of the LP settings I have mlc.com.au, nab.com.au), it brings up the "2" in the login ID box - I select the NAB one, it Autofills and I then click the Login button and I'm in. This is the same behaviour I get using my main browser, Cyberfox.

Chrome version used: Version 38.0.2125.111 m

I had fun with this one (again) in the last 24 hours, because I managed to lock myself out and needed to go through their password reset workflow.

I had problems with the new password enough times, until I realised what was going on.

The NAB site seems to perform some sort of transformation on the value of the password between LastPass populating the field and submission of the form. The problem I saw was that the password that ultimately got saved in LastPass after I clicked through the password reset was not the password that LastPass had generated (I was prompted to save the password a second time after performing the password reset, this was probably my mistake).

As a NAB customer, I'm happy to work with LastPass to try and get to the bottom of this issue, as it's a multi-year thing, and rather annoying.

Hi,

It would be really great if someone from Lastpass could have a look at this just to see what is going on here. As per the last post, I am also happy to give time to helping figure out what is going on here.

I have been a paying subscriber of Lastpass for several years now.

Thanks,

Mark.

I've just raised a support ticket for this issue, and will post back here with any update.

Here is the response I got from support, which worked perfectly. I have no more issues logging in using the autofilled username and password.

In this case, you may delete nab.com.au. from LastPass vault (save user name and password before deleting site).

After that, you may try to save the using "Save All Entered Data" method. See further details in the below User Manual.

Eithor did you try the workaround in the post before yours? Worked fine for me.

And it's happening to me too...... seriously why isn't this fixed...? Is there a way to get this working? I expect to click on my bookmark, have both the username and password auto filled and click login....
Hello, Lastpass are you listening? It's only one of Australia's largest banks...!!!!

The problem seems to be that the form that actually accepts the username and password is https://ib.nab.com.au/nabib/index.jsp but this cannot be entered directly into the browser, and can only be accessed in a usable form if this page has been referred from the login menu on https://www.nab.com.au/ . This may have useful security implications although if so they are obscure to me.

So to achieve a login from LastPass, edit the entry to have https://www.nab.com.au/ as the URL, your username and password in the proper fields and then click this. Then you will have to click login and "Internet Banking". In the https://ib.nab.com.au/nabib/index.jsp page that follows your username and password will autofill if set to do so, and you can log in.
No, it is definitely not a one click login, but this appears to be the best achievable while the NAB has its current login scheme

(All this using Firefox with Last Pass Plugin)
