Lastpass has locked itself into the voicemail pin change option. No way to change the pin to numbers, lastpass locked it to the account password. HELP!

Edit the Ooma vault entry, click Advanced Settings and then Disable Autofill.

LastPass assumes that any form field with a Password type is indeed a password. As you have found, this isn't always true.

Thanks for the reply but, I have tried that & it does not work, even closing lastpass does nothing, the lastpass icon is still there in the change pin box, cannot erase or change it in any way. Regards

I tried it myself before responding. Yes, the icon is there, and the form field appears to be filled in, but it is just the placeholder, not LastPass filling it - you can still type in that field.

Yesterday it would not allow typing in the field, today it works! Thanks for the solution. Could you point me in the right direction regarding sign in? Saved login & password, works fine but, have to login again every morning. All the best.

You mean login to My Ooma? It uses cookies, so if you have something clearing cookies that could be an issue. I don't log in to My Ooma very often, though, so it hasn't been an issue for me. I'm actually more surprised when it has me already logged in when I visit, but I haven't figured out a pattern of when it does that and when it doesn't.

Sorry I was not clear in my question, log in to Lastpass Vault. I have saved the login & password but, most times I have to sign in again when starting up. This morning it worked fine?? Thanks!!

Again it relies on cookies. I don't use that feature as it is a major security risk. I also have LastPass set to log out after two hours of inactivity. All I can think of for you here is that something is deleting the cookie LastPass sets. I haven't looked at that closely. You may want to start a new thread on the topic.
