DocuSign MANGLES Login Address

Docusign MANGES the lastpass username passed to the login page.
You can COPY the username from the lastpass menu and PASTE it into the site login but Autologin Fails .
No Auto login ends up with a pile of garbage in the login username and fails also.
Copy Paste only workaround for me.

Have used a couple of browers (Safari and Chrome OSX) with no result.
Have reset and recaptured the site as recommended in Lastpass FAQ again no result.
Lastpass work on all other sites and browsers.

It mangles my Docusign user name in Chrome, as well, filling in alpha/special characters. I, too, have to copy and past it in manually. Really frustrating.

I can confirm that I also experience this issue of a mangled user name with DocuSign - LastPass - Firefox.

I can confirm this is a problem on my end as well. I've tried a NUMBER of work arounds by adding exra fields (username etc). Doesn't work.

Figured it out - here are my setting:

URL: https://account.docusign.com/username#/password
Advanced settings: autologin enabled

then click edit form fields (wrench icon)
add form field
name='email'
type='text'
field value=<the email you use to log into docusign>

add form field
name='password'
type='password'
field value=<your docusign password>

Confirmed that the solution posted by PatrickLP works. I only added an "email" field. Didn't know you could add fields in LastPass--very handy! I'll be using that feature in the future. I'm guessing that the field name needs to correspond to the "input name" in the HTML. In Chrome, if you right-click on the field and select "inspect", you can see the HTML which presumably includes the field name. For example, <input name="email". Thanks for the solution, PatrickLP!

PatrickLP,
Thank YOU very much!! Your procedure worked like a charm!! This will save me a ton of time since I review contracts all day as part of my job. Thanks for taking the time to explain. :D

Hey PatrickLP - I can confirm that this works. Thank you kindly.
I was also trying some different form fields...and nothing worked. I wonder if the order of the form fields is key? Or perhaps the URL address is key? I had a different URL.
