LinkedIn & sites with create account + login on same page

Postby vanwayj366 » Thu Nov 08, 2018 11:46 am

The several major sites have developed the annoying trend of making the Create New Account or Password Reset section and Log in sections appear on the same page.

This can be seen on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and several other sites.

While the issues appears to be resolved on Facebook's page, I'm unable to auto-login to LinkedIn or Google, as my information is populated into the account creation pages, which prompts an error.
I've been told in another thread that the LastPass somehow learns what button to push, but this hasn't been the case.

Is there a setting for the page where I can tell LastPass what button to push?

Unfortunately, the Save All Entered Data option failed for LinkedIn.
I haven't tried using Google (the other site where I've noticed issues), since I expect it to be impacted by the fact that I have 3 accounts.

LastPass still populates both the login and the new account fields, and selects the "Join Now" button, instead of the "Sign in" button, leading to an error.
How can I tell LastPass what button to select after populating login info?
