Quicken BillPay

Postby russnesbitt » Fri Feb 20, 2009 6:59 pm

LastPass is not working for Quicken Bill Pay. It has two logon screens. The first one asks for the userid, the second the password. Also, on the second screen there is a place to put your email if you have forgotten your password. LastPass is putting the userid in the email text box, thus causing quicken billpay to get an error. Anyone seen this before? Is there a workaround?

Manually delete the user id from the email box

I was hoping for a better solution then that. Thats fine as a temporary solution, but not a permanent one. What a pain, not only that, but auto login won't work if you have to manually delete it each time.

You may instead want to try deleting your current site, and instead using LastPass -> Save All Entered Data after entering data on each step of the multi-step login.

Thank you. I think found it. So, on each page after entering the data, you click on the "LastPass" button on the toolbar and select "Save all Entered Data". So in this case I end up with two entries in Last pass.
