Local Bank Website

My banking website, Morgan Federal, recently updated their new website to include a "security" feature that renders the text box like a button, making it somehow possible to type but LastPass will not recognize it. The site also has two login pages, one for username and one for password, but that is easily taken care of with autofill. How can I get LastPass to recognize the username field?
LastPass ver 1.51.4
BTW: To try out the 2 step verification, use ANY username.

Fill in the username and before you click submit, select "save all entered data" from the lastpass plugin's drop-down menu (NOT the right-click context menu).

Thank you for your support, but when I save the site after entering my username, a second screen appears asking for my password. This is where LastPass trips up. Even if I manually enter the password into the site's properties, LastPass cannot enter my password. LastPass even recognizes the field, but will not enter. Also, LastPass refuses to press the "login" button.
