Hello! Here is my issue - a client of mine has tried several times to share a folder with me. I receive the e-mail, I accept the shared data, I am rerouted to LastPass page and there is no folded on my end. I have signed in and out - thinking a reload may be needed for it to appear - and nothing. I have had the client send me the folder again - same issues arise. This client has shared this folder with several other contractors and they have had no issue accepting and viewing the folders. I am new to this platform but I can't seem to figure any way around this. Thank you for any insight you may be able to provide.
