On my office issued notebook, I am unable to login because the ip address assigned is classified as "Unknown" despite the fact that I am actually at my home country. I followed the instruction and managed to triggered an email to my alternative security email address. A link was provided that suppose to allow login from the current location. However, when I click on the link, it says:
"We are unable to identify your country based on your IP address. Please try again"
... what can I do? I suppose the iP address si still "Unknown" to LastPAss.
Also, under "Only allow login from selected countries", I already selected "Unknown"...
Just a side note. For the ip that lastpass complaint that the location is "unknown",https://www.iplocation.net/ and and https://www.iplocation.net
are able to identify the ip as my home country. Not sure why LastPass is not able to identify my location
