I have been a Premium user for several years. I now discover that the Note where I used to save data and passwords manually has completely disappeared. I do not remember deleting it. I know I should submit a request - which has always worked in the past - but am unable to do so because the form will not accept any phone number I try to put in (I live in Asia - what format of number should it accept?). Thus I am unable to contact support.
My questions for forum members:
1. Is losing a Note a common occurrence? What is the cause?
2. Can it be retrieved?
3. How do I get round the telephone number issue that prevents me submitting a support request?
