Autochange password not working

The Security Challenge -> autochange feature is not working. It fails with "Oops... That took too long. Try again?" It never works.

I'm probably not replying to the right post, but I can't figure out how to submit a new post.

When I follow the Auto Change instructions, I never see the "Auto Change Password" that is supposed to be underneath the password box. I tried without success to change my password for several accounts that LastPass says are currently supported.

I'm using Chrome and going to https://helpdesk.lastpass.com/generating-a-password/, clicking on "Auto-Password Change (BETA)." (By the way, this beta feature was added in December, 2014, and is still being described as beta. Really?)

Several posts are by users who are encountering problems but are obviously seeing the "Auto-Password Change (BETA)" link.
