fingerprint login prompts for password as well

Postby LasPUSER99 » Sat Dec 28, 2019 10:00 am

Starting several months ago I was able to login to LastPass extension when i opened either Chrome and FireFox with a swipe of my fingerprint. Now when opening I swipe my finger and it doesn't log me in. It redirects me to LastPass sign in page to enter my password

Code: Select All Code
moz-extension://9f54e69f-f786-4241-b5c2-a194Zxxxxxxxxxxx/tabDialog.html?dialog=loginSimple

I've already browsed knowledge base and visited each setting. Also, uninstalled/reinstalled countless times to try to fix. Help please.

Also, I'm frustrated I can't revisit prior support tickets to reopen but mostly frustrated the support ticket creation is hidden beyond my ability to submit one.

I found a solution!
I had the same problem as you
I went to LastPass vault > Accounts Settings > Multifactor Options > Disable Fingerprint ... then Re-enable Fingerprint
That's it
