Partner's account appear to be compromised

My wife and I have our own LastPass accounts (not part of the LastPass Families) - recently we logged into her account fine from a desktop machine, however using the same password this seemingly no-longer works, we cannot perform a password reset - however I am a trusted person on her LastPass so I do have access to all of her passwords.

How do I request her account to destroyed - and allow her to start again with a brand new LastPass vault that is totally blank?
