Lastpass sesame on Ubuntu Linux

Postby LeoBR » Mon Aug 19, 2019 12:05 am

Hello,

I am trying to run sesame on Linux Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. After following instructions on how to do it, I can't run it. Eveytime I try, a "libpng12 dependency package error" appears in the screen, even after installing this package from Ubuntu. Any workaround on that? Thanks in advance.

I have reported this as a bug sometime ago. I got the reply (see below)
It was closed with extreme prejudice....

Also curious: The sesame help is still online
https://helpdesk.lastpass.com/zu/multif ... umb-drive/
https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass ... n-lp030023

But the links there leads to the download page where there is no mare sesame

I will contact support and hear what they have to say about this

Hello ,
It look like sesame is in need of an update currently. This is something that has been sent to our engineering team. To be transparent we do not have very many users of Ubuntu compared to other OS so the has been prioritized a little bit lower, by our developers. It is however scheduled to be worked on I will add you to the ticket so we can keep you in the loop with updates moving forward .

Thank you,
